We ship everywhere. Charges are calculated automatically from the weight and destination, based on the official rates of La Poste (Colissimo International). The exact amount appears in your basket, before payment — never a surprise afterwards.

Timeframes

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 working days. After that, allow 48 to 72 hours for mainland France. Internationally, it depends on the destination country.

You get an email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves.

Pre-orders

Some pieces are sold as pre-orders: they are not in the warehouse yet, and the expected arrival is shown on their product page.

⚠️ If your order mixes available pieces and pre-orders, everything ships together, once the last piece arrives. We don't split shipments — unless agreed otherwise, by writing to us.

Customs, outside France

For delivery outside mainland France, any customs duties, import taxes and local VAT are yours to pay and are not included in what you pay here. They depend on your country: check before ordering.

Changing your mind: 14 days

You have 14 days after receipt to withdraw, without giving a reason. For a pre-order, this period starts when the parcel actually reaches you, not on the purchase date.

Write to store@ufa.gg before the deadline, then send the piece back unworn, unwashed, with its labels, within the following 14 days.

In that case, return shipping is at your expense. The refund arrives within 14 days of us receiving the parcel or proof of dispatch.

A faulty or non-conforming piece

That's a different matter, and it costs you nothing. Every product carries the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects.

If the fault is acknowledged, return and re-shipping costs are covered in full. Write to store@ufa.gg with a photo and your order number.
