Secure Payment — UFA Official Store

Payment is made by bank card, at the time of the order, via Stripe.

What the store never sees

Your card number never passes through our servers and is never stored there. It is entered in a form provided by Stripe, which handles the transaction alone. We only receive the outcome: paid, or declined.

Stripe is a payment provider certified PCI DSS Level 1, the highest level of the card payment security standard.

Your bank's authentication

Depending on your bank and the amount, you may be asked for an additional confirmation during payment — a code by SMS, or approval in your banking app. This is the strong authentication required by European regulation: it protects your card against fraudulent use.

Encrypted connection

The whole site is served over HTTPS: everything travelling between your browser and the store is encrypted, including your password and your addresses.

When are you charged?

When the order is confirmed, in a single payment — including for pre-orders. That is what reserves your piece and your size.
