Terms and Conditions of Sale — UFA Official Store

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products on shop.ufa.gg (the "Site"), the official merchandise store of the Ultimate Fighting Arena (UFA). Placing an order on the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms by the buyer (the "Customer").

Article 1 — Purpose and scope

These Terms apply to all sales concluded on the Site. They are available at all times on the Site and prevail over any other conditions.

Article 3 — Products

The products offered for sale are those shown on the Site on the day of consultation, subject to available stock. GOZULTING reserves the right to change the range of products offered at any time.

Product photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but are not binding on GOZULTING; slight variations (colour, finish) may occur.

Article 4 — Pre-order products

Some products on the Site are sold as pre-orders. They are identified as such on their product page, meaning they are not physically available at GOZULTING at the time of purchase and will be shipped as soon as GOZULTING receives them.

Where an order contains both immediately available products and pre-ordered products, the entire order is held and shipped in a single delivery, once all products in the order have been received by GOZULTING. No partial shipment is made, unless expressly agreed otherwise between the Customer and GOZULTING.

The shipping time for an order including one or more pre-ordered products therefore depends on the date GOZULTING receives them, which may change independently of GOZULTING's will (supplier or manufacturer lead times). GOZULTING undertakes to inform the Customer of any significant change to this timeframe.

Payment for the order, including pre-ordered products, is due in full when the order is confirmed, under the conditions set out in Article 7.

Article 5 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery charges which are stated before the order is confirmed. GOZULTING reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the price applicable to an order is the one in force when that order is confirmed.

Article 6 — Orders

The Customer selects the desired products, adds them to the basket, then confirms the order after checking the summary (products, quantities, prices, delivery address). The order becomes final only once payment is confirmed.

A confirmation email setting out the order details is sent to the Customer at the address given when ordering.

Article 7 — Payment

Payment is made online, in full and at the time of the order — including for pre-ordered products — by bank card via Stripe, a secure payment provider. GOZULTING neither collects nor stores any of the Customer's bank details; these are processed directly by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy).

Article 8 — Delivery

Products are delivered to the address given by the Customer when ordering.

Mainland France

Home delivery at a flat rate of €7.90, or pickup point at a flat rate of €6.90, whatever the weight of the order. Delivery is free from €120 of purchase. Indicative delivery time: 48 to 72 hours from dispatch.

Rest of the world

GOZULTING ships worldwide. Delivery charges are calculated according to the weight and destination of the parcel, based on the official regulated rates of La Poste (Colissimo International), available at laposte.fr/tarif-colissimo, and are shown before the order is confirmed. Delivery times vary by destination country.

For any delivery outside mainland France, customs duties, import taxes or local VAT that may apply in the destination country are borne solely by the Customer and are included neither in the price paid on the Site nor in the delivery charges. It is the Customer's responsibility to enquire with the competent authorities in their country about such charges before ordering.

In the event of a significant delivery delay or of a product becoming unavailable after the order, the Customer will be informed by email and may, in accordance with Article L.216-6 of the French Consumer Code, request cancellation of the order and a refund if the delay persists after formal notice.

Article 9 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 clear days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay a penalty. For pre-ordered products, this period runs from the Customer's actual receipt of the product, not from the order date.

To exercise this right, the Customer notifies their decision by email to store@ufa.gg before the deadline. The product must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with labels attached) within 14 days of the notification. When exercising the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of dispatch.

Article 10 — Legal guarantees

Every product sold on the Site benefits, as of right and at no extra cost, from:

• the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), for 2 years from delivery of the product;
• the legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

In this context, the Customer may choose between repair and replacement of the product, subject to the cost conditions provided for by law. Where the non-conformity or defect is acknowledged by GOZULTING, return and re-shipping costs are borne in full by GOZULTING — unlike a return under the right of withdrawal (Article 9), where those costs remain with the Customer. All requests should be sent to store@ufa.gg.

Article 11 — Liability

GOZULTING may not be held liable for non-performance or delayed performance of the contract in the event of stock shortage, manufacturing or delivery delays attributable to a supplier or manufacturer for pre-ordered products, force majeure, total or partial disruption or strike of postal services or means of transport, or any other event beyond its control — subject, in all cases, to compliance with its duty to inform the Customer and with the rights set out in Article 8.

Article 12 — Personal data

Personal data collected when ordering is processed in accordance with the privacy policy of the Site and in compliance with the GDPR. For any question, contact store@ufa.gg.

Article 13 — Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, visuals and content of the Site and of the products (in particular the UFA / Ultimate Fighting Arena brand) remain the exclusive property of GOZULTING. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

Article 14 — Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
