3. Intellectual property

All the elements making up this site (texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, videos, structure, visual identity, etc.) are the exclusive property of GOZULTING or its partners, unless otherwise stated, and are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code and by the applicable international conventions.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the site's elements, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written consent of GOZULTING.

Any unauthorised use of the site or of any of its elements will be deemed an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

4. Personal data

When selling products on this site, GOZULTING collects and processes the personal data needed to handle orders: identity, e-mail address, delivery and billing addresses, phone number, and the history of orders placed on the site.

Card details are not kept by GOZULTING: payment is handled directly by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy.

This data is used to process and track orders, manage the customer relationship and meet the legal and accounting obligations to keep invoices (10 years). It is kept for as long as these purposes require and is not passed on to any third party other than the providers strictly needed to run the site and fulfil orders:

• OVH — hosting (France);
• Stripe — payment and fraud prevention;
• Cloudflare — protection of forms against bots (Turnstile);
• the carrier chosen at checkout — delivery.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL. These rights can be exercised by writing to store@ufa.gg.

The data controller is GOZULTING, whose details are given in section 1. The details of processing, retention periods and rights are set out in the privacy policy.

5. Cookies

The site uses no audience-measurement cookie, no advertising tracker and no third-party tracker. Only cookies strictly necessary to its operation are set — keeping your cart, your login session, the memory of your choices, payment security (Stripe) and form protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) — which does not require prior consent under the CNIL's recommendation.

The exact list of what the site reads from or writes to your device, with lifetimes, is kept up to date on the Cookies and trackers page. Should a tool requiring consent ever be added, it would only load after your agreement, requested on that same page.

6. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
